A comic book commissioned by Campos dos Goytacazes's city council to be distributed on public middle schools, explaining what's a city council and what are the duties of a councilperson. It also brings light to a fellow citizen important tributed by the city council's building name, ex-president of Brazil Nilo Peçanha.
